We respond within three (3) business days for support, billing, abuse and refund requests, within five (5) business days for press and partnership enquiries, and within thirty (30) days for privacy rights requests under GDPR / CCPA. Critical incidents (child safety, security) are escalated immediately.

Suspected vulnerabilities, account compromise reports and responsible-disclosure submissions. Please keep details out of public channels until we've confirmed a fix.

Report content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, or appeal an automated moderation decision you believe was wrong. Include URLs / screenshots / your relationship to the matter.

Billing portal & cancellations
Paid subscriptions to HotPrompt are processed by Creem.io as our Merchant of Record. You can cancel your subscription at any time from:
- the “Manage subscription” button on your Account page;
- the Creem Customer Portal link in your most recent Creem receipt; or
- by emailing [email protected] — we'll cancel for you and confirm by email.
