Simple, credit-based pricing
AI prompt generator pricing — pay only for tokens used
Credits are metered by tokens and anchored to OpenAI's official GPT-5 API rate— output tokens count 6× because they cost 6× more. A short optimization charges ~5 credits, a heavy video-to-prompt run charges ~19. Every account gets 10 free credits every day, forever. Yearly billing saves 20% on any paid plan.

How credits work — pay only for what the model actually consumes
We meter by tokens, not by clicks, and price each credit against OpenAI's official GPT-5 API rate ($2.50 / M input, $15 / M output) — output tokens count 6× because they cost 6× more. A short paragraph charges much less than a 2000-character screenplay. Typical ranges:
| Action | Typical | Range | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard prompt optimization | ~5 credits | 2 – 12 | Short input + short output |
| Image → prompt | ~8 credits | 6 – 16 | One vision pass + structured output |
| Video → prompt (6 frames) | ~19 credits | 12 – 28 | Multi-frame vision + director-grade output |
Every result shows exactly how many credits it consumed in your billing history. If a run fails (rule-based fallback when the LLM is unreachable), we don't charge any credits. Yearly plans receive their monthly allotment every 30 days — not all up front — so monthly and yearly subscribers consume at the same per-month cadence.

AI prompt generator pricing FAQ
What is a credit and how is it priced?
A credit is our token-metered unit of work, anchored to OpenAI's official GPT-5 API rate ($2.50/M input, $15/M output — see openai.com/api/pricing). 1 credit ≈ 1,000 weighted tokens, where input tokens count as 1 and output tokens count as 6 (output is 6× more expensive). 1 credit therefore represents about $0.0025 of OpenAI-equivalent cost. A standard optimization typically runs ~5 credits, image-to-prompt ~8 credits, video-to-prompt ~19 credits.
Why token-based instead of fixed-per-call?
Because a one-line answer shouldn't cost the same as a 2,000-character screenplay — and a short reference image shouldn't cost the same as a 60-second clip with 8 frames. Token-based billing means a short prompt charges 2 credits, a heavy one charges 12. You always see the exact charge on every result.
What's the difference between Starter, Pro and Team?
Starter ($9.90/mo, 500 credits) covers ~100 standard optimizations or ~26 video reverse-engineers per month — great for hobbyists. Pro ($19.90/mo, 1,500 credits) is the best value for daily creators and unlocks advanced controls (tone, audience, target model, max-length). Team ($29.90/mo, 3,000 pooled credits) is for studios shipping AI together, with shared folders and seat management coming soon.
How does the yearly discount work?
Yearly plans are exactly 20% off equivalent monthly billing. Starter $9.90/mo → $7.92/mo ($95.04/yr). Pro $19.90/mo → $15.92/mo ($191.04/yr). Team $29.90/mo → $23.92/mo ($287.04/yr). Monthly credit allotments are the same on yearly billing — you simply pay less per credit.
When are credits granted on yearly plans?
Credits are issued monthly on both billing periods, not all at once. A Pro yearly subscriber gets 1,500 credits on day 1, another 1,500 on day 31, another on day 61, and so on through the year — same cadence as the monthly plan, just with a 20% cheaper price. This prevents end-of-year hoarding and matches what you intuitively expect from a 'credits per month' line item.
Why anchor pricing to OpenAI when you can use cheaper providers?
Two reasons. (1) Stability: our credit math holds even if our backend changes — we never have to reprice plans because a provider raised rates or shut down. (2) Transparency: you can sanity-check our value against the headline OpenAI API rate at any time. Today we route through optimised providers that are cheaper than direct OpenAI, which lets us keep margins healthy at these rates.
Do credits roll over?
Free credits reset every day. Paid credits last until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly). If a run fails because our LLM provider is unreachable and we fall back to the rule-based engine, no credits are charged — you only pay for actual model usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page, from the Creem Customer Portal link in your receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the current period — no pro-rated refund, per our Refund Policy.
Do you store my prompts?
Only the ones you explicitly save into folders. Optimization runs are private to your account and never shared with third parties or used to train models.
